The happiest place on earth - Paris Disney!
What a blast! We just returned from visiting Paris which is approximately a five-hour drive for us. Jennifer Hallberg accompanied us and we met some friends there too at Disney's Sequoia Lodge. Julia and Ellie absolutely loved the rides (especially It's A Small World and Dumbo) and fun offered by Disneyland. Us adults managed to ride a few roller coasters! The character breakfast was a lot of fun too, although Julia was quite scared of anybody in costume up-close. We spent only one day sight-seeing in Paris where Scott refers to their famous landmark as the "Awful Tower." He was content riding rides and seeing shows back at Disney. In one day we managed to see a lot! We visited the the Notre Dame Cathedral, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, the Old Opera House, Place de la Concorde, Orsay Museum and enjoyed lunch at an outdoor cafe on the Champs-Elysees. Unfortunately, the Louvre was closed on the day of our visit so we missed seeing "Lisa." Same time, same place next year! Come join us!!
