The veggie garden is coming along. Pictured above is our first cucumber!! Very exciting. We've had a good number of hot peppers and even some okra. The tomatoes are coming on strong as are the bell peppers. We're getting some much needed rain Friday/Saturday which will give us a nice break from daily watering duties to keep everything growing nicely. Somehow the weeds don't seem to mind the lack of moisture as they continue to grow but nothing a shovel and some hard work can't handle!!
