Julia and Ellie are on autumn break this week so we grabbed some friends (Jennifer, Aaron, and Connor) and headed over to Maastricht, Netherlands for the day. What a nice city! Upon arrival we visited an educational farm where the children were able to feed apples to the goats and visit pigs, birds, cows, sheep, etc. Then, we enjoyed lunch, a tad bit of shopping, and some beautiful architecture (and weather) in the town itself. Jennifer and I decided that we must return without children for some great shopping and Dutch culture.
