Scott and I just returned from an INCREDIBLE two-day trip to Rome...without the girls (thank you Bob and Barb)!! If you've not been to Rome and you ever have a chance to go, DO IT! What an absolutely fascinating city full of history, stories, beautiful works, and delicious food! In a nutshell, we were able to see the Colosseum, the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Catacombs, Circus Maximus, Capitol Hill, the Arch of Constantine, Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, and St. Peter-in-Chains. Our feet are killing us but we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to see so many historical sites.
